Thank you for this beautiful post. I’m one of Brent’s two sisters, and I know he would love nothing more than to see, hug and crack jokes with each and every one of you once more. Brent loved Brewer Crane. It was his pride and joy and you were his family. You all touched his heart and made his life that much more special. Brent lived his life through heart felt gestures. His naturally sweet disposition and gut instincts to be nice and fair helped him build a construction business culture that was different than all the rest and you all worked your tails off to help the company achieve sales milestones that were unprecedented as a result. He was so appreciative, so proud and in his words, blown away! You certainly can’t build and run a business by yourself and nobody knew that more than Brent. For me, Brent was the great advisor. If I was sad, stumped over a problem or considering a career move, one call would have me right back on track and finished with a laugh. His easy going common sense was pure instinct and it carried him so far in his career and his life. We all loved him so much. He was the life in every room he occupied. He was fun, outgoing and a friend to all. On behalf of his family, Thank you for all you do each and every day to make Brewer Crane a wonderful place to work and thrive. It was Brent’s crowning achievement and he left this world on his journey to heaven knowing you all are in a wonderful place together. God Bless You All and thank you.

Brent was so many things to so many people. To me he was a dad, a dear friend, a jokester, and a mentor.

Brent was so many things to so many people. To me he was a dad, a dear friend, a jokester, and a mentor. I will always remember his infectious laugh (*especially when he was laughing at his own jokes) and the way he would light up a room when he walked in. He could make fast friends with just about anyone – and he cared deeply about pretty much everyone. He had a heart of gold and million-dollar smile. I truly hope he knows how many lives he touched and how many loved ones he leaves behind. May you rest in peace and paradise Brent.

Brent was my boss first, then my teacher, mentor, and most of all, my friend.
Brent was my boss first, then my teacher, mentor, and most of all, my friend. He taught me a lot about the crane business, business relationships and personal relationships as well. Brent could work a room like nobody’s business, he wore me out just watching him mingle with everybody in the room. The conversations were not always just about work, the conversations were always genuine, sincere and some times funny! He changed my life and my family’s life and he will be forever missed. Rest in peace “Obi-Wan Kenobi”, your friend always, “Luke Skywalker”.

It’s hard to fathom why God takes the best, and why He takes them so early.
It’s hard to fathom why God takes the best, and why He takes them so early. Brent touched my life, as he did so many others, in a way that I will never forget. What a wonderful friend, what a selfless human Brent was so full of life and had so much to share with us all. We can take comfort knowing that we will all walk, talk, laugh, cry, and hoist a pint with our brother again someday.
God takes the best of us too soon, but He also puts us back in touch. .
God Speed Brent!!!

I knew Brent through my boyfriend who passed away November 10, 2019 of cancer. I remember that Brent had turned his life over to Jesus and I’m sure he is there with our Heavenly Father. Say hi to Gerry. You both went too young❤

I remember Brent from 1996 when Brewer Crane was just a dream and the 15 years that I worked for him and the last couple times we did the Tierra Del Sol Jeep run nothing but respect and admiration for the man

Brent gave me a shot when no one else would. That opportunity has blossomed into an incredible career that has turned into so much more than that.

Brent gave me a shot when no one else would. That opportunity has blossomed into an incredible career that has turned into so much more than that. Brent and Ro made it easy to give 110% every day because they were in the trenches with us. I’m a firm believer in the saying “difficult times build strong men” and this year in particular has been difficult for most of us to say the least. My entire adult life has been devoted to Brewer’s vision and in Brent’s name we will carry on his legacy and continue our hard work to make Brent proud and continue to make Brewer Southern California’s premier crane company and beyond. Rest In Peace Brent I love you

Brent wasn’t just my boss, he was family to me. He was always a supportive, kind, and funny guy. My family and I always had a good time whenever Brent was around. My heart aches that he’s no longer with us. Brent will always stay in our hearts

Couldn't get the job done with out his service and was a blast to camp with.

Couldn’t get the job done with out his service and was a blast to camp with. I still get a laugh remembering we lost Brent at the Notches one year at 2 in the morning all the boys spread out and we found him and got back to camp before the sun came up. Good times!!!RIP bro

Brent was capable of finding solutions in even the most difficult situations. His ability to connect with individuals on a personal level was unparalleled and a pleasure to work with.
